At Paragon Fitwear, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original tags are attached and the apparel is free of stains or odors.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
